Return for On-line Purchases

On-line purchases covered within the Return Policy may be returned by sending the product back to the Return Center or by returning the merchandise to the stores.

Return Center

  1. Detach the top of the paperwork with the order and keep it for your records.
  2. Pack the items(s) securely in the original packaging.
  3. Complete the return reason questionnaire below and place it inside the package.
  4. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  5. Return your package via insured carrier service to:

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment.

Return To A Christmas Tree Shops Or Andthat! Store

Returns must be accompanied by the order form. Place item securely in its original package. Fill out the reason code for your return on the form. Bring the package and the form to your nearest Christmas Tree Shops or andThat! store. Visit www.christmastreeshops.com for store locations and hours. Without this form you will receive a store credit.

Call for oversized, damaged or defective items, including carton damage within 30 days after an item is received. Have this information handy from your confirmation email: Order number, item number, tracking number, your email address and your phone number.

Returning by Mail

If you wish to return an item by mail, please follow the instructions below. Instructions are also included on the pack slip with your shipped items.

Standard Return Shipping

This method applies to most Furniture and Oversize items. It is used if a prepaid label was notincluded with your order or you would prefer to use your own shipping method:

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in original condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the pack slip, and place it inside the package.
  3. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send the return package to the address on your pack slip.
    • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    • It is recommended that packages are shipped through a traceable shipping method, such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post.
    • Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery status.
    • If the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error, please contact Christmas Tree Shops Customer Care immediately to arrange the return and we will refund all shipping expenses.
    • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
    • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.
    • You are able to track your return shipment through My Account.
    • Items purchased from a Christmas Tree Shops retail store cannot be returned by mail to christmastreeshops.com.

Pre-Paid Return Shipping

For convenient return processing on some orders, your pack slip will include a pre-paid, pre-addressed label for your return package.

  1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All items must be returned in original condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the pack slip, and place it inside the package.
  3. Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
  4. Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or US Mail drop point.
    • No postage is required. A fixed shipping rate of $6.50 will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.
    • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned order.
    • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser, minus the pre-paid return fee.
    • If the return is a result of a manufacturing defect or our shipping error, please contact Christmas Tree Shops Customer Care immediately to arrange the return and we will refund all shipping expenses.
    • You are able to track your return shipment through My Account.
    • Please do not reproduce the pre-paid label in any way, to ensure proper credit processing.
    • Items purchased from a Christmas Tree Shops retail store cannot be returned by mail to christmastreeshops.com.
