From 95 South:
Head south on I-495 S/I-95 S/CAPITAL BELTWAY.
Merge onto MD-5 S via exit 7A toward WALDORF.
Merge onto CRAIN HWY/US-301 S/MD-5 BR S/BLUE STAR MEMORIAL HWY.
Take a slight right onto Berry Road/MD-228 N.
Turn right onto Festival Way. Christmas Tree Shops is on the left.

From Fredericksburg:
Head east on William Street/VA-3 BR E toward Charles Street.
Follow VA-3 BR E until it becomes KINGS HWY/VA-3 E.
Turn left onto VA-205.
Take a slight left onto US-301 N, crossing into Maryland.
Turn left onto MD-228 N/Berry Road.
Turn right onto Festival Way. Christmas Tree Shops is on the left.
